  • Payment is required before delivery via M-Pesa or other agreed methods
  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe
  • For bulk orders, custom quotes will be provided within 24 hours

4. Delivery

Our delivery terms include:

  • Delivery is available within specified regions in Kenya
  • Delivery fees vary based on location and will be communicated during checkout
  • We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control
  • You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
